About the Role

As a Senior Social Media Manager, you are responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our social media activities across all relevant platforms. You lead content creation, develop creative campaigns, and work closely with internal teams as well as external partners to strengthen our brand presence, engage the community, and continuously improve the performance of our channels.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

• Lead the overall social media strategy across all platforms
• Create and execute data-driven content strategies that support brand growth and community engagement
• Analyze performance and translate metrics into actionable insights to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Product, and Marketing to ensure cohesive storytelling
• Lead campaign rollouts, and seasonal storytelling moments
• Monitor trends and keep Les Lunes ahead of the curve in the fashion social media space

What you will need to be successful in this role:

• 5+ years of professional social media experience in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty
• Proven track record of growing and engaging digital communities
• Deep knowledge of analytics tools and content performance frameworks
• A keen eye for aesthetics, strong brand sensibility, and sharp editorial judgment
• Strategic thinker with a creative edge
• Excellent communication, time management, and project leadership skills
• Must speak fluent German
