Zusammenfassung

Solaris, Europe’s leading embedded finance platform, is seeking a seasoned DevOps/SRE leader in Berlin. You will design monitoring, implement SLIs/SLOs/SLAs, and champion reliability best practices across a 24/7 operation. The role emphasizes resilience and scalable incident response in a financial tech environment.

With 6+ years in DevOps/SRE, you will build frameworks, reduce complexity, and shape infrastructure for fault tolerance. A strong English background is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Software Engineering in a high-growth environment.
• Programming experience in Python, Ruby, Java, or Go.
• Expertise in Service Discovery / Service Mesh for microservice communications.
• Experience in capacity analysis and addressing exhaustion before SLOs.
• Designing systems with automatic failover across data centers.
• Experience with Chaos Mesh or Gremlin to test weaknesses.
• Designing infrastructure to limit blast radius of failures.
• Breaking down high-level architectural goals into deliverable tasks.
• Evaluating third-party tools and acting as technical contact.
• Rolling out platform changes safely across the organization.
• Understanding challenges of the financial sector.
• Participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

• Understand the unique challenges of the financial sector.
• Experience in the participation of a 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Business proficient English (written and verbal).German language is a plus.
