Senior ServiceNow Solution Consultant - Leading ServiceNow Partner - Germany, Remote - Up to 120,000

I am currently working with a leading ServiceNow partner who are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that transform the way organizations operate. They have a tight-knit team of passionate individuals who's main focus is about leveraging the power of ServiceNow to drive digital transformation and create exceptional customer experiences.

They are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Consultant to join their team.

In this role, you will provide pre-sales support, technical product and architecture advice, and ongoing communication of the latest ServiceNow solutions and capabilities. You will assist their partners in building practices that deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

What you will do :

  • Deliver ServiceNow to partners through sales plays and product demos.
  • Proactively manage relationships with executive and key partner stakeholders to build ServiceNow mindshare.
  • Identify and collaborate on business development opportunities for market-differentiated offerings / solutions based on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Mentor and guide partner solution consultants to develop and apply new knowledge and skills.
  • Create long-term relationships with partners and senior leadership to understand their go-to-market strategy and integrate ServiceNow into their client pursuits.
  • Demonstrate domain and technical expertise across multiple industry verticals.

Must haves :

  • 4+ years of pre-sales solution consulting experience.
  • Working knowledge of modern web technologies and cloud computing.
  • 6 years of expereince with ServiceNow.
  • Excellent understanding of architectural principles for cloud-based platforms.
  • Strong facilitation skills and the ability to articulate business issues and effective solution design.
  • Executive presence with strong verbal and written German communication skills.
  • Ability to manage change and ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
  • Exposure to ServiceNow Modules, ITSM, ITOM / ITAM, GRC and CSM.
  • ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified System Administrator and / or Certified Implementation Specialist)
