• Co-design, co-create, and implement robust, scalable solutions that meet business requirements and align with best practices and architecture guidelines in a heterogeneous provider environment.
• Integrate and adapt ServiceNow to streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain SQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Utilize Data Factory for data integration and transformation tasks.
• Design and implement ETL processes for seamless data flow across systems.
• Create interactive and insightful reports using Power BI.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, following architectural guidance and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project implementation and daily operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
