• Design and implement ServiceNow solutionsalignedwith the overallapplicationarchitecture
• Define and maintain data models, workflows, and integrationsbetween ServiceNow and othersystems
• Lead ServiceNow configuration and customdevelopment (e.g. Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer).
• Support setupof ITSM, HRSD, CSM, orothermodules relevant to the project.
• Ensure compliance with IT security, GDPR, and publicsectorrequirements.
• Act astechnical point of contact for ServiceNow within the overallprogram.
• Support release planning, documentation, and QA for ServiceNow topics.

Who you are

• 5+ yearshands-on experience with ServiceNow platform.
• Strong understanding of platform architecture and configuration best practices.
• Experience in both technical implementation and solution design.
• Ideally certified (e.g. Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, orImplementation Specialist).
• Familiar with integration scenarios (REST, SOAP, MID Server, OAuth).
• Comfortable working in agile and hybrid project environments.
