This is you

• Deep experience with ServiceNow and its modules.
• Strong knowledge of architecture, integrations, and automation within ServiceNow.
• Experience with Enterprise Service Management (ESM).
• Development experience in ServiceNow, including scripting, service portals, and integrations.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Certifications like ServiceNow CSA or CIS are advantageous.
• Proficient German (C1) and advanced English skills.
