In Germany, in a remote working model, within the BFSI industry, we are actively seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect (f/m/x) to strengthen our team.

Our client, a leading development and promotional bank in Germany, drives economic growth through innovative financial services. To support their ongoing digital transformation, we are looking for an expert to enhance and implement advanced ServiceNow solutions.

This is you

• In-depth experience with ServiceNow and its various modules.
• Strong knowledge of architectural principles, integrations, and automation within ServiceNow.
• Experience with Enterprise Service Management (ESM) concepts and implementation.
• Solid experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting, service portal, and integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are an advantage.
• Proficient German skills (C1 level) and advanced English skills.

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions in line with architectural best practices.
• Define system architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Lead the integration of ServiceNow with third-party applications and automation tools.
• Provide technical leadership and best practices for Enterprise Service Management (ESM).
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
• Conduct performance analysis and optimization of ServiceNow environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
