Senior Service Technician - Steppers / Photolithography / Cannon

We're partnered with a US based Semiconductor equipment company and they need multiple Senior Service Technicians to join the team, working on a fully remote basis in Germany (of course with travel required to customers sites)

We’re looking for a number of Senior Service Technicians to deliver on-site technical support, lead complex service projects, and ensure our customers get best-in-class equipment performance.

You’ll play a vital role in maintaining the quality and reliability Canon is known for - all while supporting junior techs and driving customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Lead and execute installations, repairs, and maintenance of Canon photolithography tools (steppers / scanners).
  • Provide technical guidance and training to customers and junior techs.
  • Interface daily with customers to ensure seamless communication and service updates.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to improve processes and ensure quality assurance standards.
  • Travel domestically and internationally to support customer sites.

What You’ll Bring :

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Canon steppers / scanners.
  • Advanced knowledge of electronics or mechanical engineering (Degree preferred).
  • Strong PC skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to read engineering schematics, use diagnostic tools, and coordinate complex service efforts.
  • A valid driver’s license and a current passport (travel is part of the role!)
