About the role

As a Service Designer, you will play a driving role in developing solutions with a real value for the user by :

• Identifying users’ needs, behaviour, and pain points
• Creating personas and user flows, and thinking through usage scenarios
• Utilizing data, insights, and user feedback to facilitate design discussions and develop user-centric functionalities
• Working cross-functionally and communicating between technical and non-technical stakeholders both internally and on the customer side

Requirements

• A degree in Product Design, Innovation Design or a similar area
• Solid Service Design / Product / UX Design experience, ideally gained in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Solid knowledge of Design Thinking tools and methodologies
• A polished portfolio that speaks for your work, abilities, and approach to wicked problems
• A user-centric mindset, empathy, and out-of-box thinking
• Strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Fluency in both English and German is a must for this role
• Location for this role is Berlin.
