Senior Service Delivery Manager in Energy / Utility domain (f / m / d)

Responsibilities :

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the Energy & Utilities sector, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Manage service performance against SLAs and KPIs, ensuring contractual obligations are met or exceeded
  • Lead service review meetings, incident and problem management, and escalation handling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues and implementation of improvements.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders and senior management

Qualifications

  • Experienced (10-12 years) Service Delivery Manager with a strong background in the Energy and Utilities sector.
  • SAFe or LeSS certified
  • Experience with cloud platforms (SaaS / PaaS)
  • Must have led complex digital transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the German energy market.
  • 5+ years of experience in service delivery or IT operations management.
  • Proven experience in the Energy and Utilities domain (e.g., electricity, gas, water, renewable energy).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • C2 German language level is mandatory
