At Aroundhome, SEO is a key pillar of our business strategy. As a Senior SEO Manager, you will coordinate cross-functional teams from content, tech, product, marketing, and UX/design, lead strategic projects, and implement innovative visibility and traffic strategies to drive organic growth for our platform in the European home services market.

1. Implement a comprehensive SEO strategy that increases visibility and aligns with our business goals.
2. Continuously analyze and optimize to ensure steady growth in organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
3. Develop our content strategy in collaboration with the Head of Content to create relevant, targeted content.
4. Conduct thorough keyword and topic research, optimizing key pages based on user needs and performance metrics.
5. Report directly to the Director of Performance Marketing and senior management.

Skills

• Proven SEO professional with several years of experience, thriving in modern, agile, collaborative environments.
• Strong command of technical SEO, with experience using tools like GSC, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and Sistrix, especially for multilingual websites.
• Familiar with web technologies and CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, JavaScript), capable of communicating technical SEO recommendations clearly and implementing them with developers.
• Deep understanding of content SEO, marketing, editing, website administration, and conversion optimization.
• Excellent analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
• Enjoy managing projects, staying updated with current trends, and sharing knowledge with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in German and English, a true team player committed to collaboration.
