• You don’t see SEO as a goal in itself – you align your actions with clear business objectives.

• You explain complex topics clearly and confidently – in English, whether it’s in a client meeting, with your team, or in a pitch.

• You base your decisions on data – and know how to automate data-driven processes.

• You take ownership of your projects, bring in fresh ideas, and push things forward proactively.

• You’re open-minded, like to share your knowledge, and enjoy growing together with your team.

• Got first experience with Python, PHP, R, or similar automation tools? Great! Not a must, but definitely a plus.
