Role Overview

As a Security Product Manager for SASE, you will drive the development and enhancement of our SASE security products across markets in DACH and SEE. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will define, prioritize, and deliver advanced security solutions that safeguard networks, data, and applications, shaping the future of cybersecurity with innovative products that meet the evolving threat landscape.

Your tasks :

1. Product Strategy : Develop understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitors to define our SASE product strategy.
2. Roadmap Planning : Create and manage product roadmaps with features and innovations aligned with business and customer needs.
3. Requirements Definition : Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define clear product requirements, balancing technical feasibility and user experience.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams for seamless product development, launch, and support.
5. Market Analysis : Conduct regular analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for differentiation.
6. Product Launch : Lead product launches, supporting go-to-market strategies in DACH (especially Germany) and CEE.
7. Customer Insights : Engage with customers to gather feedback and continuously improve product offerings.
8. Industry Leadership : Establish thought leadership through industry events, webinars, and publications.

Our requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in product management, especially in cybersecurity or networking.
• Deep knowledge of SASE concepts, principles, and technologies.
• Extensive experience with SDN, LAN, and WAN technologies.
• Strong technical skills to understand complex concepts and translate into product requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
• Proven ability to drive strategy, prioritize features, and deliver on schedule.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Certifications like CISSP or CCSP are a plus.
