As a PPC manager you will become a part of our Performance Marketing team. Your focus will be on 11teamsports’s SEA accounts across multiple advertising platforms. Together with the team you will handle a multi-million budget to run campaigns across Europe (worldwide soon). You will also closely collaborate with other teams: product, brand, country specialists, IT, BI to improve sales efficiency. We’ll help you to find and enhance your strengths and give you space to profile in a direction which you enjoy and gives you meaning.
About the team
11teamsports’s PPC team has currently eleven members. Individual members are located in Brno, Prague - Czech Republic, Berlin, Munich – Germany. We thrive on innovation and teamwork, continuously pushing the boundaries of performance marketing.
Develop and implement performance strategies with the company’s goals in mind.
Execute and optimize PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Sklik, RTB House, Criteo and more.
Conduct A/B tests, multivariate tests, implement automation scripts and templates to enhance campaign efficiency.
Analyze campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC and performance marketing, continuously testing new channels and strategies.
Your experience and personality
Extensive experience with SEA with 3 years of experience (Senior more than 6 years)
Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Sklik and other major SEA platforms.
Strong understanding of performance marketing channels and experience optimizing campaigns by relevant KPIs.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, custom scripts) and experience with GA4 and Power BI for advanced reporting.
Ecommerce oriented mind
Analytical mindset combined with creative problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills to translate data-driven insights into meaningful recommendations.
Passion for exploring and testing new performance marketing channels.
Proficient level of English.
Good to have
Familiarity with tools like Dotidot, Mergado, Channable, ProductsUp, OpenRefine, etc.
Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, GAQL, SQL, Python and Regex.
Experience with international markets such as CZ, RO, HU, SI, NL, ES, IT, GR
Knowledge with Meta and TikTok Business Manager
