Qualifikationen

Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Scrum Master.
Zertifizierter Scrum Master (CSM) oder gleichwertige Zertifikate.
Fließende Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch von Vorteil.

Are you ready to take the next step in your career? As a Scrum Master at aixigo, you will play a key role in the product unit. You will take over the day-to-day management of the teams, coach the team members in proven Scrum methods, facilitate refinement sessions and promote a culture of continuous improvement. The product unit is responsible for the development of our BLOXX wealth management software platform. It currently consists of five Scrum teams working on quarterly product releases using a distributed Scrum development methodology. Do you want to be part of a versatile and competent team? Your job – Your passion

You guide, support, and manage one or multiple Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to agile principles and frameworks
As a coach in Scrum Best Practices, you mentor and coach the teams in Agile methodologies, promoting the adoption of Scrum best practices across the teams
You plan and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions
You collaborate closely with Product Owners and team members to facilitate feature and story refinement sessions, ensuring that user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for upcoming sprints
You identify and resolve blockers or impediments that hinder team progress, enabling teams to focus on efficient delivery
You drive continuous improvement by encouraging teams to reflect on their processes and outcomes, fostering a culture of learning and adaptation
You work closely with Product Owners, team members, QA and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on goals and priorities
You facilitate collaboration among the scrum teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination
You support the process of release reporting, e.g., by providing team performance metrics such as velocity and burn down, and contribute to regular management update meetings

Your profile – Your strengths

You have successfully completed your studies in computer science, information technology or a related field
In addition, you have at least 5 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in software product development
You have a strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), are a certified Scrum Master (CSM), or have equivalent agile certifications
Furthermore, you have a proven ability to mentor and coach teams in agile methodologies and have excellent collaboration and leadership skills
You are a strong communicator who is fluent in both written and spoken English, fluency in German is an advantage
You are experienced with agile project management tools (e. g., Jira)
Experience as a developer, business analyst or product owner in the field of fintech or wealth tech and knowledge of scaling agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS are a plus
