Qualifikationen

Your responsibilities

  • Scheduling for plant construction projects
  • Preparation and tracking of schedules taking into account all project phases (engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning)
  • Reviewing, reconciling, optimizing, monitoring and benchmarking in-house as well as external schedules and detailed schedule-related construction processes (such as construction companies, etc.)
  • Progress monitoring, reporting and identification of schedule risks (e.g. using Primavera Risk Analysis) as well as preview of project milestones and development of corrective actions (analyses, critical path, MTA, percentage of completion, earned value analyses, etc.)
  • Support function in the management of external schedulers, for the bid team in the preparation of bid schedules and for the project management in the planning of the order processing and in the order control to meet the deadline, progress and hourly targets
  • Interface coordination between external partners and internal departments
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Performing quality controls and audits to ensure project standards for scheduling

Your profile

  • Successfully completed university studies in the field of engineering or industrial engineering
  • Extensive professional experience in scheduling and monitoring in plant construction
  • Experience in operational project management in plant construction
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications MS-Project as well as Primavera P6 and Primavera Risk Analysis / Safran Risk
  • Independent and systematic work, flexibility and mobility
  • Very good communication skills and confident appearance with internal as well as external partners
  • Willingness to travel on business in the national and international project environment
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
