Job Title: Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
Location: Germany – Remote/Hybrid

Overview

Darwin Recruitment is working exclusively with a boutique HR/IT consultancy known for delivering high-quality SAP SuccessFactors solutions to enterprise clients across Germany and Europe. With a focus on digital transformation, people-driven change, and tailored delivery, they are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle implementations across modules such as EC, RCM, ONB, PMGM, CDP, and LMS

• Advise clients on HR/IT strategy and process design during transformation projects

• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including executive sponsors and steering committees

• Mentor junior consultants and support internal knowledge development

• Manage project delivery using agile and classical methodologies

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years in HR/IT consulting, with 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors

• Certified in multiple SuccessFactors modules (e.g., EC, PMGM, LMS, ONB, RCM, CDP)

• Strong background in HR transformation and project management

• Confident working in cross-functional, international teams

• Fluent in German and English (minimum C1)

Preferred but not essential:

• SAFe, Scrum, PRINCE2, or ITIL certifications

• Experience mentoring or leading project teams
