PRIMA Partners Global is seeking a Senior SAP SD Consultant to join our international team and help optimise our global SAP landscape.

You will act as a bridge between business and IT, translating requirements into effective SAP SD solutions and shaping global sales processes across the organisation. The role requires experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA, patches, upgrades, and ITIL-based support.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in SAP SD (in-house, consulting, or functional role).
• Strong understanding of SAP SD processes across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle.
• Deep knowledge of SAP pricing and pricing conditions.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SD Customising and configuration.
• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong integration understanding between SAP SD and other IT systems and business functions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to translate requirements into SAP solutions.
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
• Experience supporting SAP patches, upgrades, and enhancements following SAP standards.

Aufgaben

• Design, implement, and optimise global SAP SD and O2C processes.
• Advise stakeholders on optimal design and technical implementation of sales processes.
• Configure and customise SAP solutions across SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• Ensure smooth integration and management of interfaces between business functions and IT.
• Lead 2nd/3rd level SAP SD support and coordinate resolutions.
• Support and train Key Users; deliver SAP training as required.
• Coordinate patches, upgrades and enhancements per SAP standards.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for developers and consultants.
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Contribute to global SAP transformation and rollout projects.
• Ensure SAP projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

• 3–5+ years of professional experience within SAP SD, ideally gained in an In-House SAP, consulting or functional role.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD processes, particularly across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle.

• Very good written and spoken German and English.
• Experience supporting SAP patches, upgrades and system enhancements while adhering to established SAP standards.
• ITIL Foundation certification or knowledge of ITIL-based support processes.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior SAP SD Consultant to join an international organisation and play a key role in the continued development and optimisation of its global SAP landscape.

The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact between the business and IT, identifying and qualifying requirements from business functions and translating them into effective SAP SD solutions. You will help shape and continuously improve global sales processes across the organisation.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Designing, implementing and continuously optimising global SAP SD and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Advising business stakeholders on the optimal design and technical implementation of sales processes.
• Configuring, customising and further developing SAP solutions across SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• Ensuring smooth integration and effective management of interfaces between business functions, IT and digital service applications.
• Taking ownership of 2nd and 3rd level SAP SD support requests and coordinating their resolution.
• Supporting SAP Key Users and delivering training where required.
• Supporting and coordinating patches, upgrades and system enhancements in line with defined SAP standards.
• Acting as a technical point of contact for developers and other SAP functional consultants.
• Creating and maintaining technical and functional documentation.
• Playing an active role in global SAP transformation and rollout projects.
• Contributing to the successful delivery of SAP projects within agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
