PRIMA Partners Global is seeking a Senior SAP SD Consultant to shape and optimise its global SAP landscape. You will serve as a key interface between business and IT, translating requirements into SAP SD solutions and driving improvements across sales processes.

You will design, implement and support SAP SD in ECC and S/4HANA environments, coordinate 2nd/3rd line support, and contribute to SAP transformation initiatives with a global scope.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of professional experience within SAP SD, ideally gained in an in-house SAP, consulting or functional role.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD processes, particularly across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle.
• Experience supporting SAP patches, upgrades and system enhancements.
• ITIL Foundation certification or knowledge of ITIL-based support processes.

• Hands-on experience with SAP SD Customising and configuration.
• Experience working with both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong understanding of integrations between SAP SD, business functions, IT systems and digital application.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
• Experience supporting SAP patches, upgrades and system enhancements while adhering to established SAP standards.
• ITIL Foundation certification or knowledge of ITIL-based support processes.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior SAP SD Consultant to join an international organisation and play a key role in the continued development and optimisation of its global SAP landscape.

The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact between the business and IT, identifying and qualifying requirements from business functions and translating them into effective SAP SD solutions. You will help shape and continuously improve global sales processes across the organisation.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Designing, implementing and continuously optimising global SAP SD and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Advising business stakeholders on the optimal design and technical implementation of sales processes.
• Configuring, customising and further developing SAP solutions across SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• Ensuring smooth integration and effective management of interfaces between business functions, IT and digital service applications.
• Taking ownership of 2nd and 3rd level SAP SD support requests and coordinating their resolution.
• Supporting SAP Key Users and delivering training where required.
• Supporting and coordinating patches, upgrades and system enhancements in line with defined SAP standards.
• Acting as a technical point of contact for developers and other SAP functional consultants.
• Creating and maintaining technical and functional documentation.
• Playing an active role in global SAP transformation and rollout projects.
• Contributing to the successful delivery of SAP projects within agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
