PRIMA Partners Global in Germany seeks a Senior SAP SD Consultant to shape and optimise its global SAP landscape. You will bridge business needs and IT, translating requirements into SAP SD solutions and improving sales processes.

The role involves designing, implementing and supporting SAP SD across ECC and S/4HANA, coordinating patches and upgrades, and guiding 2nd/3rd line support while training Key Users.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of professional experience within SAP SD.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD processes across the O2C lifecycle.
• Knowledge of SAP pricing and pricing conditions.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SD customizing and configuration.
• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Understanding integrations between SAP SD and IT systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
• Experience supporting patches, upgrades and enhancements per SAP standards.
• ITIL Foundation certification or knowledge of ITIL-based support processes.

Aufgaben

• Ensuring smooth integration and effective management of interfaces between business functions, IT and digital service applications.
• Taking ownership of 2nd and 3rd level SAP SD support requests and coordinating their resolution.
• Supporting SAP Key Users and delivering training where required.
• Supporting and coordinating patches, upgrades and system enhancements in line with defined SAP standards.
• Acting as a technical point of contact for developers and other SAP functional consultants.
• Creating and maintaining technical and functional documentation.
• Playing an active role in global SAP transformation and rollout projects.
• Contributing to the successful delivery of SAP projects within agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior SAP SD Consultant to join an international organisation and play a key role in the continued development and optimisation of its global SAP landscape.

The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact between the business and IT, identifying and qualifying requirements from business functions and translating them into effective SAP SD solutions. You will help shape and continuously improve global sales processes across the organisation.
