Role: Senior Project Manager, Solution Delivery

This role involves leading large, complex projects or managing multiple engagements across Vistex clients. The primary responsibility is to build client relationships and ensure successful project delivery. The Senior Project Manager will provide thought leadership across all technical and business process aspects of their engagements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage multiple clients and complex projects simultaneously.
2. Assist in pre-sales activities and expanding consulting services.
3. Assist with project scoping and estimation.
4. Identify and close new service opportunities.
5. Determine appropriate consulting skills required.
6. Lead onsite implementation projects.
7. Manage SOW/Contract requirements and change requests.
8. Follow documented PMO processes and procedures.
9. Define project deliverables, templates, and standards.
10. Develop and manage detailed project plans with milestones and deliverables.
11. Track and report project performance metrics.
12. Manage project issues, risks, scope, budgets, and client expectations.
13. Serve as the first escalation point for project issues.
14. Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
15. Monitor project budgets, headcount, and deliverables.
16. Manage project financials.
17. Be a subject matter expert in SAP methodologies and best practices.
18. Mentor project and delivery managers as needed.
