Position Overview :

We are currently seeking a Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join the team. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling who is passionate about delivering value-driven solutions. You will work in a collaborative environment with access to some of the most exciting SAP transformation projects across Germany.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver end-to-end SAP FICO solutions across various industries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Configure and customise SAP FICO modules in line with best practices
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement guidance
• Participate in system upgrades, rollouts, and integration projects

Key Requirements :

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with SAP FICO modules
• Ideally certified in SAP Finance / Controlling
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
• Strong understanding of financial processes and SAP best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in German (must-have); English is a plus
