Qualifikationen

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FI/CO Consultant with a strong background in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes and S/4 HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, hands-on experience with S/4 HANA transformations, and fluency in German to support German-speaking clients effectively.

As a Remote SAP FI/CO Consultant, you will work closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize financial and controlling processes. You will provide expert-level support during all phases of the project, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support, ensuring seamless delivery of SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP FI/CO module implementation and optimization projects, including Record-to-Report (R2R) process design.
• Manage and deliver end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA projects, focusing on finance and controlling transformations.
• Conduct workshops and gather business requirements from key stakeholders in both German and English.
• Configure and customize SAP FI and CO modules (including GL, AR, AP, AA, CO-PA, CO-PC) based on business needs.
• Provide functional expertise in integrating SAP FI/CO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.).
• Perform testing, training, and documentation for implemented solutions.
• Assist with post-go-live support and continuous system improvements.
• Act as the main point of contact for German-speaking clients, delivering high-quality consulting services.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience as an SAP FI/CO Consultant, including experience with S/4 HANA implementations.
• Deep expertise in SAP FI/CO modules, including Record-to-Report (R2R) process knowledge.
• Experience with SAP Fiori and advanced reporting tools is an advantage.
• Proven ability to work on full-cycle SAP projects, from blueprinting to post-go-live support.
• Fluent in German (C1 or above), with strong communication skills for client interactions and documentation.
• Professional-level proficiency in English.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
• Experience with Agile project methodologies is a plus.
• SAP certification in FI/CO and/or S/4 HANA is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of international and German-specific financial regulations (IFRS, HGB) is a plus.
