Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of SAP consulting experience, with 5 years in SAP EWM.
• Proven experience in leading workshops and user training.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Jobbeschreibung

To support the continued growth of our network, we are looking for experienced and highly qualified experts to join our talent pool in Germany. We regularly staff international logistics and supply chain transformation projects, typically with durations of 6 to 12 months.

We are currently seeking SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultants with deep expertise in warehouse and logistics processes, as well as a proven track record in SAP EWM implementations, including S/4HANA embedded and decentralized scenarios.

Partial on-site presence in Germany is required.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP consulting, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse and logistics business processes and their implementation in SAP EWM.
• Proven experience in leading workshops, blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, testing, and user training.
• Strong expertise in process design for inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes, wave management, and storage control (POSC/LOS).
• Familiarity with integration to other modules (e.g., MM, SD, QM, TM) and S/4HANA architecture.
• Solid understanding of warehouse KPIs, reporting needs, and operational performance topics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across international teams.
• Agile mindset and working experience in agile project methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe).
• Experience in global SAP transformations or S/4HANA rollouts is a plus.
• Fluent in English, German is a plus.
