Our client – an international consultancy – is seeking a Senior SAP EWM Managing Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is remote, but travel will be required, and candidates must be based in Germany. The client is also open to applicants from Europe willing to relocate to Germany.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

As an SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transport Management (TM) expert, you will play a key role in leading complex SAP S/4HANA implementations, optimizing warehouse and transport operations, and delivering high-value solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

1. 12+ years of experience.
2. Leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, focusing on Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transport Management (TM).
3. Identifying SAP-driven opportunities and industry best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
4. Planning and facilitating fit-gap analyses and fit-to-standard workshops.
5. Designing solutions and driving process improvements aligned with business objectives.
6. Managing system implementations in collaboration with nearshore and offshore teams.
7. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with their project management teams.

Your profile :

1. Successfully completed a university degree in business administration, (business) computer science, or comparable training.
2. Several years of experience in SAP EWM and TM.
3. Profound experience in extended warehouse management execution and/or transport management processes, with the ability to translate customer requests into system design specifications.
4. S/4HANA project experience and/or certification.
5. Preferably experience in international template rollout projects.
6. Willingness to travel for project-related reasons.
7. Very good communication and presentation skills in English.
