• As an CO process expert, you will be responsible for cross-application consulting and implementing CO template processes. You will support adjacent process areas such as quality, development, production, logistics, investments, and RB (Robert Bosch) central areas.
• You will serve as a contact person assisting HC (Bosch Home Comfort Group) legal entities in system migration from SAP R3 to S4 / HANA, including integration with corporate headquarters systems.
• You will define process and solution designs, derive and document implementations, and lead worldwide rollouts within HC companies.
• Support tasks, training key users globally, and operate confidently in an international project environment, including SAP/R3 and S4/HANA implementations.
• You will collaborate with process areas within HC, as well as finance, controlling, and other divisions at RB headquarters.
• You will actively support finance and controlling transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Completed (specialist) university degree in Business Administration, Process Management, Business Information Systems, or similar.
• Extensive process knowledge in controlling, consulting, and SAP ERP / R3 and S4 / HANA CO-module, with experience in process requirements and project management (PEP, agile).
• Excellent communication, moderation, and documentation skills.
• Strong ability to communicate, act confidently, and work flexibly. Analytical and strategic thinking skills to maintain overview during ramp-up phases.
• Willingness to travel and ability to work in a hybrid model (office twice a week).
• Enthusiastic about new challenges.
• Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.
