Overview

Join the SAP Group General Ledger team responsible for global SAP platforms based on SAP HANA at Deutsche Bank. We handle quarterly financial reporting, strategic initiatives like planning and forecasting solutions, cost management, cloud migration, and innovative AI/ML integrations. As a Software Senior Engineer, you'll be part of a skilled squad working on strategic, large-scale solutions in close collaboration with product and technical teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and develop comprehensive software solutions using SAP platforms within an agile team.
• Develop components for strategic planning solutions, including SAP HANA, BPC, SAC, and Fiori UI.
• Integrate Google Cloud, Gen AI, and Python models with SAP solutions for financial modeling.
• Collaborate with senior SAP developers to deliver high-quality solutions for finance processes, including the management board.
• Ensure software reliability, scalability, and reusability through best practices and automated testing.

Required Skills & Experience

• Degree in IT, Business Administration, or equivalent experience; banking background is a plus.
• Proven experience in developing large, complex SAP software solutions (e.g., SAP PaPM, BPC, HANA, BW/4HANA).
• Modeling skills with AI/ML for financial data are advantageous.
• Experience with SAP BTP, DataSphere, Gen AI, and reporting tools like SAC BI, SAP Business Objects, Tableau.
• Knowledge of agile development, DevOps, Google Cloud services, Python, JSON, .Net, or Tableau.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills in English; German is a plus.
