We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Project Manager to own the Salesforce Service for a global retail business. This role will deliver on end-to-end Salesforce projects and help drive digital transformation.

What you’ll do :

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce projects from planning to execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build business cases, defining scope, objectives and deliverables. Ensuring platform optimisation and alignment with business goals.
• Own Salesforce service, adhere to SLAs and drive continuous improvement.
• Deliver scalable Salesforce solutions – You will be the SME on Salesforce products (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, Experience Cloud etc.)
• Lead cross-functional teams, including internal experts and external consultants.

What you bring :

• 7+ years of experience delivering global Salesforce projects, including successful implementations.
• Strong grasp of the Salesforce platform and its architecture, integration, and customisation capabilities.
• Expertise in agile, scrum, and waterfall methodologies.
• Experience leading and coordinating cross-functional teams (nearshore and offshore).
• Experience managing large budgets, resources and risks.
• Fluent English (C1) – German language skills would be useful but not essential.
