Diconium is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to design scalable, secure Salesforce architectures and lead integration efforts across enterprise systems. You will interact with clients, product teams, developers and other architects to shape architectural strategies.

With at least 7 years in Salesforce and 3 years in leadership, you will drive architecture decisions, mentor consultants, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Salesforce, incl 3+ years in architecture/lead roles.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform and multiple Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Extensive experience in solution and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with integration architectures, APIs, eventing and MuleSoft.
• Strong understanding of data architectures, data models and complex system landscapes.
• Knowledge of security, identity management and access management (SSO, OAuth).
• Familiar with CI/CD, DevOps processes.
• Strong consulting and communication skills, with stakeholder management.
• Fluent German language skills (C1 or above) for German-speaking clients.

Focus on Architecture, Integration & Automotive

Your Role

As a Senior Salesforce Architect (all genders), you are responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure and future-ready Salesforce architectures. You analyse business and technical requirements, develop robust architectural concepts and translate business requirements into technical target architectures and implementation strategies. In doing so, you act as the central interface between clients, business departments, project management, development teams and other architects. The role focuses on Salesforce architecture, enterprise architecture, integration design and technical consulting.

What You Can Expect

• Designing and further developing Salesforce solution and enterprise architectures
• Analysing business and technical requirements and translating them into architectural concepts
• Creating architecture blueprints, solution designs and technical target architectures
• Taking responsibility for data, integration, security and identity architectures
• Designing integrations using APIs, middleware and event-driven architectures (e.g. MuleSoft)
• Defining architecture standards, governance guidelines and best practices
• Conducting and facilitating architecture, design and solution workshops
• Providing advice on scalability, performance, security and technical risks
• Providing technical guidance throughout implementation and conducting design and architecture reviews
• Working closely with project managers, product owners, developers and technical leads
• Supporting delivery and project teams in agile projects (Scrum / SAFe)
• Coaching and providing technical leadership to Salesforce consultants and developers

What You Bring Along

• At least 7 years of experience working with Salesforce, including at least 3 years in an architecture or lead role
• In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform and multiple Salesforce Clouds, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Extensive experience in solution and enterprise architecture
• Experience with integration architectures, APIs, eventing and middleware solutions such as MuleSoft
• A solid understanding of data architectures, data models and complex system landscapes
• Experience in security, identity management and access management (including SSO and OAuth)
• Knowledge of modern development, testing and deployment processes (CI/CD, DevOps)
• A strong understanding of business processes, requirements engineering and technical consulting
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills
• An analytical and structured approach to work and a strong customer focus
• Verifiable Salesforce certifications in Application Architect or System Architect
• As this role involves regular communication with German-speaking clients, fluent German skills (level C1 or above) are a must have

Automotive Expertise

• Experience in Salesforce or CRM transformation projects in the automotive sector
• An understanding of collaboration between manufacturers, market organisations, dealerships and end customers
• Experience in automotive sales, marketing or service processes
• An understanding of complex system and integration landscapes in the automotive sector
• The ability to translate business requirements from various stakeholders into sustainable architectural decisions
• Experience with integration-intensive platform landscapes connecting CRM, ERP, DMS, e-commerce and marketing systems
