Description

The Senior Sales Trainer (m/f/d) (Learning and Development / Performance Consultant) is responsible for analyzing sales performance gaps and providing interventions to maximize sales productivity and effectiveness. This role partners with approximately 200 sales leaders and reps across Europe, focusing initially on Germany.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with and advise sales leaders in Field, Inside, and Channel Sales to improve performance indicators.
  • Build effective relationships with sales leaders and serve as a subject matter expert for Learning & Development needs.
  • Collaborate with sales support functions to identify gaps and suggest best practices for performance improvement.
  • Work with instructional designers to develop blended learning programs, including live and virtual training, certifications, and online learning.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in sales enablement and training.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust as needed, including coaching and reinforcement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • At least 3 years of sales training experience.
  • Experience supporting sales organizations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Proven success in performance improvement initiatives.

Additional Qualifications include familiarity with needs-based selling methodologies, adaptability, strong communication skills, initiative, project management ability, and coaching skills.

Travel Requirements:

20%-30% travel for training, visits, or meetings.
