Job Description

You will deliver and develop detailed continuous business and customer analysis and insights with a focus on driving best practice through simplification, efficiency, and consistency by aligning common outputs across accounts. You will also provide leadership to direct reports and work collaboratively across sales.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance analytics, reporting, and performance monitoring.
  • Optimize & maintain business systems & reporting to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
  • Lead development & implementation of new capabilities, tools, and processes to enable agility and scalability.
  • Ensure Data-Privacy Compliance for Sales Systems & Reporting.
  • Manage relevant local solution providers (vendors) together with MDS (Mondelez Digital Services).
  • Manage sales user support related matters in the business, in addition to planning and implementing new solutions.
  • Manage and lead a team.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career, along with the following experience and knowledge:

  • Min 8+ years of professional experience with a strong background in IT & Sales.
  • University degree in a related field (e.g., Business informatics).
  • Strong stakeholder management across all hierarchy levels, people management, and influencing skills are a must.
  • Very strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and excellent understanding of data management, systems, and apps.
  • Passion, growth mindset, and learning agility are very critical in this continuously evolving area of expertise.
  • Excellent English and German skills.
