About The Job

  • Lead the project "root cause" as BPO to find and align a sustainable and efficient sales-system setup.
  • Ensure end-to-end accountability for the Sales Planning Tool and its related processes.
  • Reduce short-term workload by addressing firefighting activities.
  • Proactively seek process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality.
  • Extend business steering opportunities provided by the Sales Planning Tool (e.g., P&L Management, Trade Term reporting, Promo Profitability).
  • Ensure processes related to the Sales Planning Tool are implemented and executed as aligned (promo planning, trade term input).
  • Maintain strong connections with EU RGM and stay informed about discussions on functionalities expected by EU RGM/Finance to manage service providers accordingly.
About You
  • Experience in managing sales tools and related processes.
  • Deep understanding of commercial planning cycles, including IT systems, interfaces, and data requirements.
  • Familiarity with the Acumen tool and its functionalities.
  • Strong business understanding, particularly of Sales/KAM workflows.
  • Attention to detail and a thorough working style with a focus on long-term impact.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Agility and resilience.

This position is available from May 1, 2025, in our German-based offices. The position is limited to 12 months.
