  • Lead the project "root cause" as BPO to find and align a sustainable and efficient sales-system setup.
  • Ensure end-to-end accountability for the Sales Planning Tool and its related processes.
  • Reduce short-term workload in the organization by addressing firefighting activities.
  • Proactively seek improvement areas in processes and systems to drive efficiency and data quality.
  • Extend business steering opportunities provided by the Sales Planning Tool (P&L Management, Trade Term reporting, Promo Profitability).
  • Ensure that processes related to the Sales Planning Tool (promo planning, trade term input) are implemented and executed as aligned.
  • Maintain strong connections with EU RGM and stay informed about discussions on functionalities expected by EU RGM / Finance to manage service providers accordingly.
  • Experience in managing sales tools and related processes.
  • Deep understanding of commercial planning cycles, including IT systems, interfaces involved, and data needed.
  • Familiarity with the Acumen tool and its functionalities.
  • Strong business understanding, particularly of Sales / KAM workflows.
  • Attention to detail and a thorough working style with a focus on long-term impact of decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Agility and resilience.

This position is vacant from the 1st of May 2025 and is located in our German-based offices. The position is limited to 12 months.
