  • Lead the project "root cause" as BPO to find and align a sustainable and efficient sales-system setup
  • Ensure end-to-end accountability for the Sales planning Tool tool and its related processes
  • Reduce short-term workload in the organization by addressing firefighting activities
  • Proactively seek improvement areas in processes and systems to drive efficiency and data quality
  • Extend business steering opportunities provided by the Sales planning Tool (P&L Management, Trade Term reporting, Promo Profitability, etc.)
  • Ensure that processes in the context of the Sales planning Tool are implemented and executed as aligned (promo planning, trade term input)
  • Maintain strong connections with EU RGM and stay informed about discussions on functionalities expected by EU RGM / Finance to manage service providers accordingly
  • Experience in managing sales tools and related processes
  • Deep understanding of commercial planning cycles, including IT systems, interfaces involved, and data needed
  • Familiarity with the Acumen tool and its functionalities
  • Strong business understanding, particularly of Sales / KAM workflows
  • Attention to detail and a thorough working style with a focus on long-term impact of decisions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Agility and resilience

This position is vacant from the 1st of May 2025 and is located in our german based offices. The position is limited for 12 months.
