Role Overview

Securities Services (SeS) is a key pillar of the Corporate Bank’s Institutional Clients Services, offering custody, clearing, and fund solutions to financial institutions and corporates globally. The Continental Europe Sales team focuses on new business development within existing clients and prospects, primarily in Western Europe. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Sales for Securities Services in Continental Europe and be based in Frankfurt, Germany.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market sales campaigns for assigned clients in Western Europe.
  • Expand Securities Services revenue within existing client portfolios and target new clients.
  • Collaborate with global Securities Services teams and other Deutsche Bank divisions to identify cross-sell opportunities and meet revenue targets.
  • Represent Securities Services at client forums, conferences, and roadshows.
  • Manage Salesforce CRM to structure sales activities and maintain a reliable sales pipeline, including client proposals and presentations.
  • Create account plans and briefing memos; ensure timely documentation of sales activities.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Proven sales ownership and origination experience, with relevant product knowledge in Post-Trade.
  • Successful track record in developing and executing origination strategies, with CRM proficiency.
  • Extensive network within Western European financial institutions.
  • Fluent in English; German and/or French language skills are highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
