Region NCE < Sales Offshore < Sales Offshore North & East Europe

Sales Offshore, NCE is responsible for all sales related activities from early engagement, to bidding and negotiation until hand-over to Construction upon securing a contract. The wider team consists of a diverse group of engaged employees covering the geographic offshore regions in NCE alongside a team that provides bid management and sales support to the sales region.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the technical side of the bidding process to ensure competitive and risk-balanced offers
  • Co-steer customer negotiations on construction, technical, HSE, and QA aspects of the Turbine Supply Agreement
  • Partner with the Senior Sales Manager to manage the customer interface throughout the sales cycle
  • Coordinate internal planning, progress tracking, and reporting across all negotiation workstreams
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, supporting subject matter experts in contractual discussions
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify risks, ensure legal alignment, and address technical issues
  • Review and align customer requirements, cost estimates, and risk mitigation strategies with internal stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Extensive technical background in a relevant field, combined with solid commercial business understanding
  • Familiarity with the technical and contractual complexities of offshore wind projects
  • Demonstrated experience in technical negotiations for large, complex projects
  • Knowledge of the Yellow FIDIC Book would be beneficial
  • Master’s degree in engineering or business administration or equivalent project management experience
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
