About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive our utility-scale renewable energy business in Europe. This role is key to identifying project opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to our growth in a highly competitive market.
Whether you bring a formal degree or you’ve built your success through hands-on experience, we value your proven track record in sales within the utility-scale renewables sector, your skills, and most importantly, your drive to win projects and grow with us.
Job Responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Proven sales performance is more important than formal education
• Experience: At least 3 years of successful sales experience in utility-scale renewables (solar, storage, or wind )
• German:B2 level or higher (must-have for customer engagement)
• English: B2 level or higher (our internal corporate )
• Chinese: A strong plus
• Additional are welcome
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and goal-driven
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently in a hybrid/remote environment
• Willing to travel for meetings and internal team events
