Senior Sales Manager | Sports Technology | DACH (Remote)

We’re working with one of the most exciting companies in global sports tech, a team that’s helping elite clubs, federations, and leagues work smarter through next-generation performance solutions.

They combine intelligent video systems with data tools to automate capture, analysis, and delivery of performance insights, and they’re growing fast globally.

Now, they’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager to lead commercial growth across the DACH region.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take full ownership of the sales process across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
  • Prospect, pitch, and close deals with clubs, federations, and high-performance teams
  • Build trusted relationships with technical and performance staff
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success to support adoption and growth
  • Represent the company at key events and conferences in the region and internationally
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene
  • Travel as needed to key meetings and occasional offsites with the global team

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in sports tech, SaaS, or performance technology
  • Proven track record in consultative selling, complex sales cycles, and relationship-led growth
  • Experience selling into performance directors, analysts, or tech-focused roles in sport is a plus
  • Fluent or native German speaker with excellent English
  • A self-starter mindset, proactive, target-driven, and motivated by growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A background in or passion for elite/high-performance sport
  • Experience expanding into new markets or verticals
  • Knowledge of video analysis or tracking solutions
