Front Row is seeking a Director of New Business, B2B Marketing to expand cross-sales initiatives across various divisions, particularly in the US. The role involves leading marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets, primarily in Hamburg with travel to other offices. The ideal candidate has strong consultative sales experience, a deep understanding of B2B digital marketing, and excellent communication skills.

About our Digital Marketing - B2B Team
We’re numbers-driven performance marketers who focus on our B2B clients’ pipeline revenue and bottom-line value. We specialize in building and executing performance marketing strategies for B2B clients with long sales cycles and complex customer journeys.
The B2B team in Europe is looking for a Director New Business, B2B Marketing (f/m/d). The goal is to help expand our B2B cross-sales initiatives across various divisions, especially in the US. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about client relationships, strategy development, and international business growth.
You work primarily from Hamburg, with approx. 2 weeks per quarter spent in other Front Row offices (NYC, San Diego) to strengthen cross-location collaboration and improve B2B cross-sales processes.
