Your Mission
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth in the tech industry. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding existing relationships, and developing sales strategies for our cutting-edge solutions. Your ability to combine technical understanding with excellent communication skills will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the technology sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiating contracts and closing deals
  • Work closely with technical teams to understand product capabilities and translate them into customer value
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Track sales performance and report insights to leadership
  • Ensure a customer-centric approach by understanding and addressing client challenges effectively

Your profile

Do you have a passion for technology and a proven track record in sales? Are you skilled in building long-term business relationships and confident in engaging with both technical and executive stakeholders? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

Your Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the tech industry
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong technical understanding of software, cloud solutions, or IoT products
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, driving results with a strategic mindset
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles, including contract negotiations and closing deals
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to sales strategies
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
