Your Role

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growth with our national and international customers in the data centre vertical market. Are you a professional in solution sales and know how to talk to customers about security technology at eye level? Do you want to be close to decisions, think strategically and make a difference? Then you've come to the right place.

Your mission

  • Growth: You will be responsible for developing sales in the data centre segment, tapping into growth potential with existing customers and acquiring new key accounts.
  • Strategy development and implementation: Your growth plan is based on a go-to-market strategy drawn up together with Marketing and takes into account the expansion of the service business as well as internationalisation. You will also draw up specific development plans for key accounts and potential customers.
  • Acquisition: You systematically pursue business opportunities and are responsible for the acquisition process from customer presentation and proposal preparation to negotiating and concluding contracts.
  • Forecasting: You ensure reporting quality in the CRM system and provide reliable forecasts for the segment for which you are responsible.
  • Customer loyalty: You represent the company to customers at decision-maker level and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and sustainable business relationships.

Your profile

  • A degree e.g. in business administration or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in selling solutions for technical systems, ideally security technology for data centres.
  • Experience in key account management and with international customers is a plus.
  • Confident demeanour, negotiating skills and a high level of commitment.
  • Ready to take responsibility for the successful development of a customer segment and to help shape the growth course of an innovative medium-sized company.
  • Very good written and spoken communication skills. Your English skills are also very good.
