We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager (m/f/d) for the sales team. As a crucial member of our trading team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations of our innovative marketplace, connecting buyers and suppliers globally.

In your day-to-day work, you'll manage the full sales cycle and maintain strong relationships with our customers.

In this role, you’ll:
  • Manage the full sales cycle and identify new opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships
  • Facilitate and oversee transactions on the marketplace to ensure seamless trade between customers and suppliers
  • Work closely with the Technology, Operations, Growth, and Leadership teams to provide feedback on platform functionality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Mentor new team members and foster a culture of continuous learning within the company
  • Address any concerns or feedback from clients and work towards effective problem resolution
  • Stay informed about market trends, product demand, and industry dynamics to make informed decisions
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus
  • At least 4 years of experience in Sales and Business Development roles, with a proven record in mentoring junior team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in German (native speaker fluency preferred) and good English command
  • Go-To-Market, entrepreneurial, and self-driven mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment such as hyper-growth start-ups
  • Basic understanding of national and international trade and supply chain management is a plus

Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
