Qualifikationen

As a Sales Manager at DPM you are the first point of contact for our potential new clients.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Munich or remote from Germany.

You will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for digital products, a wide network and a proven track record in sales.

As a sales team member, you collaborate closely with other disciplines within DPM to understand our services offerings and solve the challenges of our clients in the best possible way.

Your Role in Shaping the Future

  • Qualify and convert inbound leads: Assess incoming leads from various sources (website, marketing campaigns, etc.) to identify sales opportunities.
  • Engage and nurture prospects: Proactively reach out to leads, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process.
  • Present product/service solutions: Clearly articulate the value proposition and tailor presentations to address specific customer needs.
  • Handle objections and close deals: Confidently address customer concerns and negotiate effectively to secure sales.
  • Track sales activities and progress: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to sales reporting.

Your Value-Add

  • A degree in business or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of professional experience in sales
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of B2B digital products and services
  • Passion for conscious digital products and the desire to have a positive impact
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Background in consulting or digital agency
  • Ideally, you already bring a network of potential clients or industries and are familiar with their purchasing structures and project requirements.
