As Senior Sales Manager – Executive Customer Relations, you will be responsible for establishing and expanding strategic customer relationships with leading OEMs such as BMW, Mercedes, Asian car manufacturers, and suppliers. With your excellent and extensive network, you will establish initial contacts and open new doors. With your keen sense for new market potential and your proximity to decision-makers, you will actively shape high-quality partnerships and make a significant contribution to IAV's business development.

Your Tasks

  • You identify new topics and needs in the market at an early stage and build sustainable customer relationships.
  • You initiate high-quality partnerships and projects by specifically addressing decision-makers, thereby contributing significantly to business development.
  • You identify relevant sales opportunities and ensure that these are followed up in a structured manner by the appropriate internal IAV teams.
  • You represent IAV with a strong presence at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences.
  • You position IAV's portfolio specifically with relevant target groups.

Necessary Skills

  • Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, as well as several years of professional experience in a technology-oriented environment – ideally with a focus on business development, partnerships, or customer service
  • In-depth understanding of IAV's entire range of services, as well as an excellent network in the relevant industry and target market
  • Strong communication skills and confident manner at the decision-making level
  • High degree of personal responsibility, goal orientation, and negotiating skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly and visit customers
  • Very good German and English skills (at least C1 level) and knowledge of Mandarin/Japanese for Asian OEMs desirable
