Your contribution: What you will do

Our Independent Aftermarket team is driving growth across EMEA with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. As (Senior) Sales Manager DACH (m/f/d), you will take on a key leadership role in our sales organization and contribute directly to the success of our Independent Aftermarket business. You will lead a team of Field Sales Representatives and own the sales strategy and execution in the DACH region. This position can be based in the DACH region with regular business travel (up to 70%) and flexible mobile work arrangements.

Your responsibilities: How you will do it

As (Senior) Sales Manager DACH (m/f/d) you will use your experience in leadership and strategic planning to

  • lead and develop a team of Field Sales Representatives in the DACH region, ensuring alignment with Clarios’ strategic goals
  • drive sales growth and margin performance across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland by building and managing strong customer relationships, particularly with wholesalers and workshops
  • further develop and implement the regional sales strategy, including transformation initiatives and team succession planning
  • ensure market knowledge is effectively communicated internally to optimize collaboration and local responsiveness
  • represent Clarios professionally and effectively at industry events and in customer engagements.

Your knowledge, skills, and abilities: What we look for

  • Vocational training or university degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field with a technical background
  • Proven track record in sales or marketing in the Independent Aftermarket
  • Strong network in the IAM sector across manufacturers, wholesalers, and workshops in DACH
  • Proven leadership experience and team management skills
  • Experiences in change management are a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal as well as presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work independently, with strong organizational and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • High emotional intelligence, intercultural awareness and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience in working in diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel frequently and to work remotely
  • Fluency in both German and English
