Let’s Talk about the Role

In this role as a Senior Sales Manager DACH region, you will be required to lead the multi-brand wholesale commercial strategy and grow sales through a clear marketplace strategy.

How You Will Make a Difference
  • Develop a 3-year business plan for the DACH market, including strategic account and distribution plans. Conduct regular reviews with key wholesale partners and contribute to brand strategy and GTM planning to maximize business potential.
  • Drive growth through a clear marketplace strategy, optimizing distribution in alignment with brand strategy.
  • Communicate business plans clearly with regular updates against KPIs.
  • Lead and manage the sales team and agencies to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Coach and develop the Sales Team, enhancing performance and opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data for key accounts to identify risks and opportunities, and communicate insights regularly.
  • Negotiate trade terms and oversee investment strategies to maximize margins.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the company to ensure all opportunities are maximized.
  • Maintain relationships with key accounts at the head office level.
  • Work with merchandisers and planning departments to drive sales and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Ensure brand messaging and seasonal stories are effectively communicated in the market.
  • Provide feedback to the European leadership team on market activity, competitors, and product development.
  • Complete all administrative tasks accurately and punctually.
