Senior Sales Manager - Custom Managed IT Services (m/w/d), Würzburg

Location: Würzburg, Germany

Responsibilities
  1. Identify, develop, and implement measures for new customer acquisition and business development with existing customers across various industries.
  2. Ensure fulfillment of order intake, revenue, and profitability targets with our IT service portfolio (Consulting, Managed IT-Services, and Solutions).
  3. Manage the entire process from acquisition through proper proposal and contract drafting to closing.
  4. Actively participate in the continuous development of the service portfolio.
Qualifications
  • Solid professional experience with comparable services and managed services (Cloud, Infrastructure Services, Operating Systems, etc.) with revenue responsibility.
  • Strong sales and acquisition skills (identification of sales opportunities).
  • Excellent communication skills across all management levels.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking with a systematic and structured working style.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Fluent in German and good command of English.
  • Ideally, a successful Master's degree or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
