Senior Sales Manager - Custom Managed IT Services (m/w/d), Münster

Location: Münster, Germany

As a leading, agile unit of the Telekom Group, it aims to sustainably accelerate digital transformation among German SMEs. With over 1,000 highly qualified employees, it develops and operates state-of-the-art information systems, manages private & public cloud platforms, and ensures long-term 24/7 system support and availability of critical operational processes.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify, develop, and implement measures for new customer acquisition and business development within existing customers across various industries.
  2. Ensure fulfillment of order intake, revenue, and profitability targets with our IT service portfolio (Consulting, Managed IT Services, and Solutions).
  3. Manage the entire process from acquisition through proper proposal and contract design to contract closing.
  4. Actively contribute to the continuous development of the service portfolio.
Qualifications:
  • Profound professional experience with comparable services and managed services (cloud, infrastructure services, operating systems, etc.) with corresponding revenue responsibility.
  • Strong sales skills, especially in identifying sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills across all management levels.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking with a systematic and structured working approach.
  • High willingness to travel.
  • Fluent German and good English skills.
  • Ideally, a successful master's degree or equivalent with relevant professional experience.
