Senior Sales Manager - Custom Managed IT Services (m/w/d), Freiburg im Breisgau

Location: Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany

With over 1,000 highly qualified employees, it develops and operates state-of-the-art information systems, manages private and public cloud platforms, and ensures long-term 24/7 system support and availability of critical operational processes.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify, develop, and implement measures for new customer acquisition and business development within defined existing customer accounts across various industries.
  2. Ensure achievement of order intake, revenue, and profitability targets with our IT service portfolio (Consulting, Managed IT-Services, and Solutions).
  3. Manage the entire process from acquisition through proper proposal and contract design to contract closing.
  4. Actively participate in the continuous development of the service portfolio.
Qualifications
  1. Profound professional experience with comparable services and managed services (cloud, infrastructure services, operating systems, etc.) with corresponding revenue responsibility.
  2. Strong acquisition skills (identification of sales opportunities).
  3. Excellent communication skills across all management levels.
  4. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with a systematic and structured work approach.
  5. High willingness to travel.
  6. Fluent German and good English skills.
  7. Ideally, a successful master's degree or equivalent with relevant professional experience.
