Senior Sales Manager
Location: Remote, Germany

At EvolveTalent, we are partnering with a global engineering company to support their search for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive strategic customer relationships and business growth across Europe.

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact leadership role in an international environment, offering the chance to shape customer strategy, manage key accounts, and lead a dedicated sales team.

Your responsibilities:

  • Define, implement, and manage customer strategies for assigned accounts, aligning with overall business goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic matters.

  • Lead and develop a team of sales professionals, ensuring collaboration and performance excellence.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Develop and implement pricing and commercial strategies aligned with market conditions and customer needs.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively addressing issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to translate customer needs into actionable strategies and solutions.

  • Manage financial targets, including sales performance and account profitability.

  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sale in line with company standards and commercial objectives.

  • Engage regularly with customers, internal teams, and senior management to ensure alignment and success.

Your profile:

  • Proven track record in sales leadership, ideally within a complex, multi-stakeholder B2B environment.

  • Strong experience managing key accounts across multiple regions, with a focus on customer strategy and growth.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence at all levels.

  • Solid commercial acumen, with expertise in pricing, negotiation, and market dynamics.

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team development and performance management.

  • Fluency in English; German is an advantage.
