EvolveTalent is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive strategic customer relationships in an international setting. The role involves leading a sales team, managing key accounts, and developing customer strategies that align with business goals. At EvolveTalent, we are partnering with a global engineering company to support their search for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive strategic customer relationships and business growth across Europe.
This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact leadership role in an international environment, offering the chance to shape customer strategy, manage key accounts, and lead a dedicated sales team.
Your responsibilities:
Define, implement, and manage customer strategies for assigned accounts, aligning with overall business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic matters.
Lead and develop a team of sales professionals, ensuring collaboration and performance excellence.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Develop and implement pricing and commercial strategies aligned with market conditions and customer needs.
Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively addressing issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to translate customer needs into actionable strategies and solutions.
Manage financial targets, including sales performance and account profitability.
Negotiate terms and conditions of sale in line with company standards and commercial objectives.
Engage regularly with customers, internal teams, and senior management to ensure alignment and success.
Your profile:
Proven track record in sales leadership, ideally within a complex, multi-stakeholder B2B environment.
Strong experience managing key accounts across multiple regions, with a focus on customer strategy and growth.
Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
Solid commercial acumen, with expertise in pricing, negotiation, and market dynamics.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team development and performance management.
Fluency in English; German is an advantage.
